Gait & Balance Benefits 

Gait and balance training has a range of benefits. The primary goal is to lessen your risk of falling or feeling dizzy as well as provide you the confidence to walk more freely/independently. Hip and ankle weakness often leads to balance problems, as does poor posture. Strength and flexibility movements can often help counteract such problems. Our comprehensive fall risk and balance program can help eliminate the risk and fear of falling as well as challenge our patients to perform their typical activities of daily living with greater ease and comfort.
